Product Availability
Please note that, we try to keep our online stock figures updated, this being a manual process, is error-prone and thus, it may happen that our online software system may accept an order for an item that we may not have in stock. Under such a situation, the best we would offer is to refund the customer’s money back. Ajker Nandini undertakes no responsibility for any loss, financial or otherwise, incurred by the customer due to such incident. No interest or any other charges will be paid to the customer for their effort and / or cost in originally transferring the funds to us or for the time duration that the funds lie with us.

Product Pricing
While, we use our best efforts in ensuring that all products are accurately priced, it might sometime happen that the price being displayed and the product being paid for was erroneously priced. If such a case happens, WE will not be under an obligation to sell the product at the wrongly typed or maintained price. Under such a situation, the best we would offer is to refund the customer’s money back. We undertakes no responsibility for any loss, financial or otherwise, incurred by the customer due to such incident. No interest or any other charges will be paid to the customer for their effort and / or cost in originally transferring the funds to us or for the time duration that the funds lie with us.

Right to Refuse and Cancel the Order
Ajker Nandini unconditionally reserves all the rights to refuse and / or cancel any order, either in part or in full without providing any reason to the customer. Under such a situation, the best we would offer is to refund the customer’s money back. Ajker Nandini undertakes no responsibility for any loss, financial or otherwise, incurred by the customer due to such incident. No interest or any other charges will be paid to the customer for their effort and / or cost in originally transferring the funds to us or for the time duration that the funds lie with us.

Shipping
Ajker Nandini will ship the products within the shipping time committed on the product details page. If there are 2 products to be shipped having different delivery times,We may, at its own cost, split the shipment for customer’s convenience.
In the rare cases that we may be delayed due to certain unforeseen circumstances, the customer will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund before the order has been shipped. Once the items have been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, even if it was delayed.

Modification of Terms & Conditions
Ajker Nandini may at any time modify these Terms & Conditions without any prior notification. The latest version of these terms will be available on our website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should discontinue using our service. However, if you continue to use our service, you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions.

Ajker Nandini is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

How do I cancel an order on Ajker Nandii?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped: If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.


If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9830224596 or email us at ajker.nandini@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
To return any product

  2. Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the item in question
  3. Never send back a item without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
  4. Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.
  5. Always return your items using registered airmail / courier as advised in our return authorization mail.
  6. Any shipping costs of sending back to us are the responsibility of the customer.
  7. Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (please, no worn, washed,used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.
  8. We will examine the garment you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.
  9. As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you.
  10. Please mark the items as defective returns and not for sale and declare a low nominal value.

After purchase that product will not be refundable. But in some cases like manufacturing defect or damage, wrong product (We are not able to provide the same product just email us at ajker.nandini@gmail.com or call us at 9830224596 with your order no. and product details. Please note that a refund will be issued only if we are responsible for the reason of return. In case of any damage to the product at the customer’s end, we are not liable to provide any refund.

After we receive the product back at our warehouse we will initiate the refund of your money within 8 business days. The money will be credited back to you as per your bank guidelines.

We bring our customers only the latest and most exclusive products, which is why our customers love us. In fact most of our handloom products take 15-20 days to make one piece and the production of these unique-- one of a kind pieces, is limited due to various reasons. Though we continuously aim at delivering the chosen products to you, there are times when we aren’t able to fulfill some of your needs due to unavailability of the product at the warehouse. This happens mainly when the products are sold out or out of stock. In case of such a situation, we encourage our customers to select the next best option. If customers do not find an alternative which makes them as excited as their initial choice, we regretfully yet promptly refund the entire amount spent on the product along with the shipping charge with absolutely no deductions. We also offer a compensation by way of store credit depending upon the order value and delay in communication.

Reason of Exchange:

  1. Defective Item delivered.
  2. Wrong Item delivered.

Reasons we dont exchange

  1. Minor Colour Difference
  2. Complain about material ( We clearly mention each and every detail about material and quality hence product should be brought after reading product information properly)

Special Cases

  1. Where we agree to exchange on customer request without any valid ( Valid as per our definition) reason, customer needs to bear a shipping charge RS 150 to Rs 300 depending on service location. Exchanged product price should be equal or greater than the received product.
